How quickly can your prenatal be absorbed by your body?
We did a study to see how long it takes vitamins to break down in a glass of water. The first glass (on the left) consists of two Shaklee Vita-Lea® vitamins. The glass on the right consists of a leading vitmain brand at a major supermarket. At 17 minutes, the Shaklee Vita-Lea® vitamin had dissolved. The leading brand capsule was still entirely whole.
